Teacher Training & Certification

A structured series of 100-hour programs building toward full teacher certification in Daoist yoga, qigong, and Wuji transmission — grounded in verified lineage and comparative scholarship.

Program Structure

The training curriculum is organized as an integrated series of 100-hour modules, each building on the last. Students may enter at any level appropriate to their existing practice and progress at their own pace. The full certification pathway culminates in a 200-hour teacher certification recognized within the Wuji Qigong lineage.

All programs are taught by Gideon Enz and draw directly on his decades of study, his UC Berkeley graduate research in comparative Indian and Chinese exercise systems, and his role as the official lineage holder of Wuji Qigong.
